I'm in Phase II
For my husband and I, the apartment is comfortable, we like the big kitchen and the storage space. We are facing the park, and we love the view. Something we are really appreciating is that we don't hear noises around us. Living on a stand-alone house during all our lives (more than 60 years) to an apartment building was scary, but so far, it has been a good experience.

I’ve been here for almost a year and have never had a negative experience. Maintenance issues can happen no matter where you go but how the building handles these issue is what’s important. I really enjoy living here

Fabulous location (this is really what you're paying for). Terrific maintenance and office staff. It's still an apartment "block" though, not much luxury going on in the sense it will never feel like a "resort". But it was never intended to. If you WANT or NEED to be in Avalon, however, this IS it. If you like peace and quiet, get a top floor unit as far east/northeast in the "L" shape layout as you can.
