Rude leasing office

The leasing office is very rude and lacks customer service. I’ve lived here for 2 years. The first year was awesome but the management has changed. It’s a comfortable place to live as long as you don’t have issues. The halls often smell of trash and there is a fruit fly infestation. The building is also NOT smoke-free as indicated in the rental agreement. I can no longer justify paying high rental fees for no amenities and rude staff.

I have been living here since Sep, 2022. So far had great experience. I have submitted requests through text messages. And the staff is always quick in responding the issues and resolving it. No complaints so far :-).

The care and courtesy provided by staff and the community at Parkside at Avalon Park is phenomenal. This is my very first apartment and I personally felt like I couldn't have made a better choice if even possible. Timely maintenance fixes, right next to a fantastic open air park and people are very nice. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in enjoying Orlando.
