Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies.
