Incredible place to live!

I've lived at Central Gardens Grand for over two years, and it's been one of the best rental experiences I've had. The grounds, hallways, and common areas are spotless every single day, and the landscaping is always well kept. It's clear the team here takes real pride in the property.

The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time I've reached out, whether it's a lease question or a maintenance request. They know residents by name and communicate clearly. Maintenance… itself has been fast and reliable, usually resolved within a day or two, done right the first time.

The amenities are a huge bonus. I use the gym almost every day and it's always clean and well-maintained. The pool is gorgeous, and there's billiards, ping pong, an arcade, and cozy lounge spaces that make it easy to hang out or meet neighbors. There's even a coffee maker in the common area, such a nice small touch. As a dog owner, having an on-site dog park has been amazing for my pup and for meeting other residents.

The building itself feels solid and well-built. My unit still looks and feels like it did on move-in day, and everything from appliances to HVAC has held up great. It also just feels safe here, well-lit parking and secure entries give real peace of mind.

After two years, nothing has slipped. If you're considering this community, sign the lease. Clean, professional, well-maintained, and packed with top-tier amenities, Central Gardens Grand has been a fantastic place to call home.

A great place to live

I lived in Central gardens Grand for 2 years. It is a great place to live in. The apartment is spacious, the property manager Youland, is very professional, accommodating, knows all the residents by name and goes the extra mile to make the place a home. Kudos to the maintenance and cleaning team that keeps the building in top condition.

Amazing Rental Community

My wife and I toured this beautiful community in PGA. We relocated from NY roughly 2 years ago and moved into another development. We do wish we would have found Central Gardens Grand back then. We are so delighted to find a community that is pristine, well maintained, spacious and the best kept secret. Not to mention the entire staff. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS, TOP NOTCH. Caring, professional and it shows how much they care about the people and community. Cannot wait to move in!
