Rip Off

Don’t be amazed by their “great prices”. Once you’re in they raise the price if rent to nearly double. Then they tell the elderly, many whom have no financial means or family, to basically get out if they can’t pay. They don’t care for anyone but themselves. MONEY HUNGRY. STAY AWAY.

Mom loved it.

My Mom before she passed away lived here, went to visit daily and she loved every bit of the place. Ducks were her pets, people nice and friendly and they take care of their own as well. Bus is right there for shopping, its clean, quiet and safe. I recommend this for any senior. I hoe to move in someday myself.

I love my area I am with a2 mile to everything great restaurants, Move, Target, Walmark and shopping center, and the city bus ,come in to the apartment area. The apt. building is well maintained and the staff is great .our club house have bingo Tue. & &Thus. On my income it`s great.
