The Enclave is such a beautiful community. Dana, Danielle, and Julissa are great, always willing to help. The maintenance team is very responsive & the grounds and over all cleanliness of the community is wonderful. I really enjoy being at the Enclave.

Let me start off by saying we loved the location. It was relatively quiet. The people that live here are pretty respectable. The big problem we had was a leak from a hurricane in November. We informed management about it and they kept “patching” it but never gave us a full solution. We moved out in June and the leak was still present. All of my stuff in that bedroom smelt like mold. We kept being promised a new roof and never happened. When we moved in, our apartment had an ant infestation that... their pest control guy could only fix on Mondays and that didn’t work with our schedule so we had to fix the issue. The ants were still there when we left. Lastly, when we moved out, I deep cleaned the entire apartment and we patched all of our holes. Left the place cleaner than when we moved in. We got 1/5 of our deposit back because of damages we didn’t cause and because they needed paint it. The painting costs were not in our lease agreement for moving charges. We expected a cleaning carpet and cleaning fee but not a $250 painting fee. I tried to dispute the charges, but the management did not respond. Like I said, we loved the location and the neighbors are nice, but the management subpar. They were nice on the phone and in person, but did not see to our issues very well.

Allegro Palms was average until Marielle came. Marielle is always friendly and the epitome of customer service. Anytime you need anything she is on it. If you have a concern or a maintenance issue she will check on it, practically any issue and she always make sure to leave with a smile. Honestly, with no exaggeration I don’t know what Allegro Palms would do without her.

TRUST ME!! This is the worst place I ever rented in Tampa...I am not sure if the staffs are getting paid or they are doing a charity work here...They are such a rude people you could ever come across including the property manager...!! Here is the WORST PART!! Wait until you move out! They will literally rip you apart..I hired the professional cleaners for My move out cleaning..and yet they cited some reasons and I had to pay a whole lot of Money...I really did not have time to fight with them.... ..long story short..NEVER RENT AT THIS PLACE!!
