The natural sea breeze may create a mild seaside smell, which is normal for waterfront homes. Occasional Florida pests may appear, but regular treatments are performed. The patio light is controlled by the building and remains on 24/7. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
