Quiet hours are between 8 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing, with a limit of 2 pets, and a pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund.
