They have liars and thieves working in the building. I had items stolen by staff and the management is so lazy and unaware of how to run apartments. I had items stolen from my secured storage unit right next to my apartment door. There are only 2 keys mine and the one the leasing office initially claimed didn't exist. Then the police come to take my report and wow there is another key with a labeled tag and not kept in a secure place. Not to mention my spouse saw one of the maintenance personal... a couple weeks prior in our storage unit with the door open and claimed he confused it with an electrical closet. SO ridiculous that I pay outrageous amount of rent plus extra for a storage unit that is supposed to be under lock and key. Do the math only 2 keys and I certainly didn't rob myself even the officer onsite could see this was an inside job. This is from the poor management and lack of protocols. Lived at beacon the past 2+ years. Overall it was a great all around experience. Management was friendly, helpful, and the pool is awesome. My favorite feature that makes Beacon unique is that you can park on the floor you live on. There is a garage level for each of the 4 levels of the building. Great location. If you’re like me and don’t want to live in a high rise, and still want to live in a downtown luxury apartment- this is your best option.

The location of this apartment is amazing and the amenities are nice! However, do not expect to get your security deposit back because they will charge you for every little thing they can- even when the apartment came in that condition (make sure to take a lot of pictures and document every little mark)! Management is also not helpful in many situations.

I lived at Beacon 430 for 9 months as my temporary housing. The property is ideally located a couple blocks from everything St. Pete downtown has to offer. The amenities are fantastic; just wish they would add a grilling station by the pool. I only had a couple of maintenance items and they were fixed within 24 hours. Staff was very helpful and courteous. It is a 4 story, wood framed property, so you will get noise from your upstairs neighbors if they are loud; only draw back.

I lived at Beacon 430 form January 2018 to January 2019. I fairly enjoyed my stay. Nice building, good amenities. Nice location in downtown St Pete but don't expect your deposit back. First I let them know 45 days before my 1 year lease was about to end and they charged me for a full extra month. Then when I left they took my full deposit for "pet stains" even though my small dog had left no stains at all. I called and emailed to see if they could explain/send me pictures of these so... called stains but they ignored me as I attempted to call and email multiple times.
