This place is a joke
My husband and I went to look at this complex a few weeks ago - the one we were interested was supposedly move-in ready so we decided to check it out and were that we were able to view it on our own and it was unlocked, which was kind of strange. We liked it tho but it wasn't move-in ready - dirty counters, big hole in carpet, no smoke detector, other issues. The gal in the front said it would be fixed up before we moved in (I seriously doubt that now). We applied and then it was one red flag... after another. That particular apartment wouldn't let us directly apply onlinr so we were told to apply for a similar one and the manager Diane (who is never there apparently) would put a note in - seriously? So we finished the application and then kept getting unclear communication - nobody could tell us if we had the apartment or not- sent multiple emails - no response- and then you can't leave a message because their voicemail hasn't been set up- like what kind of place is this lol. Then we recently got a call saying we needed to pay them $500 in a money order to "hold" the apartment- I couldn't stop laughing- finally sent an email saying we're not interested anymore and still nothing- my cat could run this place better
