ROACH motel!
And that's just the beginning. Black mold, water damage, roaches all over the property, and NO maintenance. The tenant is responsible for EVERYTHING short of fires and natural disasters. It literally says that in the lease. They won't do anything about anything because they're not legally obligated to, including black mold. Can't wait to leave this nightmare. Backyard? A single strip of insect infested dirt peppered with the trash of previous tenants.
