No management nearby or on property.
Management drastically needs to set printed and signed by residents basic neighborly conduct rules.
No apparent established rules on basic neighbor to neighborly general noise.
Issues with extremely bar-like loud music has been an issue many times.
Oddly, their are 5 or 6 small babies and children and the music players do not care. Yes. There is zero rooms in ones own apt to not hear others music.
It appears there has been some of the music issue finally,... finally addressed.
Need courtyard, that all units face, cleaned up. Un-usable concrete table. benches are too far away from table to use by anyone.
Need to de-junk courtyard.
Courtyard needs to be landscape cleaned up. Grass is mowed regularly, but basic, low cost improvement would greatly improve appearance.
Thick walls to wall between apartments is very good. Cinder Block. Front walkway- facing windows and concrete guarantee that it is loud inside. I can hear full conversations of anyone with in 3 apts in any direction.
Built in 1963. Sturdy. Not falling apart buildings.
A/C is extremely high in apartments with old A/C units.
Apts with new A/C units have drastically lower bills.
Some Apts have been refurbished and refreshed inside.
Some Apts have outdated and worn out interiors.
It may be that recently empty apts get refreshed.
