The management is so unprofessional they take forever with everything. The laundry machines have been broken for months. It took weeks to fix AC in Florida. And the landlord doesn’t care about anyone.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half. It is NOT worth it. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. One washer has not worked since last October and all we got was a note on it saying “not working”. The other washer drips between each wash so much so that if you catch it too far after the last use it can be half full with water before you even put anything in. The coin machine gets jammed with every other bill. The floors/ceilings are so thin I can hear full conversations from my neighbors... above me and can make out what shows the neighbors below me are watching. I can hear every movement from anyone who comes in through the front or back door all the way up until they get into their unit. When you put in maintenance requests it takes days for a response and then is filed as completed even if the task has not been handled. This has become an ongoing problem for a while and I’m fed up. There are too many units in the building for us to have to share half a washer and have to leave my home to get coins every time I need to do laundry. There is no pool or clubhouse.
