A truly great experience!!
I have nothing to say but good things about this complex. It is a well kept space and everyone seems very happy to be there and are so nice. The amenities, the exterior lighting and the well manicured grounds make it a safe place to call home. I would highly recommend leasing your new home at The Pearl on First!

Wow!
Recently I visited this building to see if it would be right for me, and what I saw was quite a surprise. The building has just been completely renovated -- I believe they said units would be ready starting in September -- and what a difference. It's beautiful! Much nicer than anything else in this area, and the rents are decent. Apparently it was purchased by a local couple last year who have put all of their energy into it, and their personal touch really shows. I'm not a big fan of skin-deep... shiny corporate projects, and this is far from it. You can even meet the owners if you take a tour! Great folks. Very cool. I haven't made up my mind yet, but I'm leaning hard. I would highly recommend that anyone take a look.

Wow! I feel so pampered!
The moment I visited the Pearl on First, I knew I would be lucky to live here. As a teacher, I have to live within a budget. I never imagined I could get so much luxury for my money: from thick granite countertops in the kitchen to a club room that makes me feel like the lead actress in an elegant 30s film whenever I walk into it through its art deco archway. I'm already imagining how nice it will be to finish a week of classes and grading papers with a chilled glass of Chardonnay in the martini... pool. And I'm so grateful that there are landlords out there who clearly care about providing a quality home for their tenants. (I'm originally from New York where that has not been my experience!) Now I can't wait to meet my neighbors!
