I like this place mostly for the convenience of the area at this point. I have requested my carpet to be replaced or stretched and all they did was come look at it, nothing else. I have also requested my door bell be replaced or fixed since it is missing the front cover and nothing has been done about that either. The grounds are only maintained in certain areas and there are ant hills everywhere. All this and my rent has gone up $500 in the past 2 years for a place that is BARELY remodeled.... It's getting ridiculous!

The entire process was Quick n easy Liz did a great job getting me in the very next day after seeing apartment. I came in at 2pm on a Thursday and moved in Friday morning.

This is a great community with many useful amenities including two pools and grills for BBQing! My roommate and I love to be able to walk to the pool and hangout and grill.

Trellis is a nice community. It’s is perfectly located in St. Pete Florida. You have easy access to down town St. Pete and down town Tampa. Having access to both areas was a great reason Im my selection. The in community dog park and nice side walks have helped myself and my pup stay active!
