we had a great experience during the touring and application process at Waterview! we are first time renters and the staff was kind and helpful guiding us throughout the process. we are moved in and loving the view, environment, and walkable surrounding areas. we couldn’t recommend living here more!

There have been some staffing changes, and while still a great building, noticeable changes have occurred.

Some niceties have been removed, and it's not as well cared for as it once was, in my opinion.

We recently moved in and absolutely love it. The apartment is wonderful, the staff is amazing and the neighbors are so friendly. We love going to the coffee shop downstairs for coffee and pastries.
