Woodlawn Park Apartments

We've been at this complex well over a year and have NEVER had our rent be different month to month. All of a sudden with the new lease signed we are charged correctly the first month and now it changes month to month. We're also being charged May's utility fees in July! Something is not right here. We've NEVER lived somewhere in which the rent changes $100 or more each month depending on what additional fees they decide to add. The water is based on occupants and square footage, you know that... ahead of time, nothing has changed and you should be able to calculate that on a monthly basis without tacking on fees 2 months later with ZERO notice, Surprise your rent this month is whatever We want it to be, pay or be evicted. Very sketchy, and when you call the office you can NEVER get through, and Cheryl is extremely rude and unwilling to help answer questions, likely because she doesn't know the answers herself, but find someone who does because I'm not going to allow you to charge me fees without any type of notice or explanation that makes sense. The neighborhood is nice. Maintenance is prompt and office staff is friendly.
