    Warning! one of the worst places to rent in Tampa

    Mold growing in AC unit, water pipes consistently bursting inside walls, days no running water. Management and maintenance incompetent BS weeks before work orders are even addressed. Looks descent on the outside but painted over lead paint on inside air duct filled with trash like 2x4 cut pieces of wood, ceiling water leaks, falling apart, rotting wood frames, frequently busting water and sewer pipes on the inside up to 6 weeks to get fixed. No one works the office on the weekend call be lucky… if someone answers the phone. Everyone is moving out as when lease is up or sooner. Save your sanity, save your money, rent elsewhere.
