    Horrible customer service

    Property has a good location, but was dirty when I moved in. There was still clothes in the washer and sand all over, the floors were fitly.
    The grounds are kept nice and clean, but their trash service sucks. The company contracts a company to provide you a Valet trash pickup service, but when they don't pick up your trash and it happens over and over, they still charge you for it and they want you to call the vendor they selected to complain. It doesn't make sense, so I reported it to Emilie    … and she started screaming at me that I have to call the company, no customer service whatsoever. Pool looks nice, nice chairs, but it's cleaned only once a week, so the tiles around are so dirty that I reported it, but nothing was done about it. So, good location, but other things are not so great.
