The home is for sale, which means there may be showings during your stay. We will provide at least 12 hours' notice and try to be flexible around your schedule, but access may be required on occasion. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise outside these hours may upset neighbors. No parties, events, or social gatherings are allowed, and violations can result in cancellation of the stay without a refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST, with fees for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. A security camera is installed in the carport area to monitor the front door and driveway only.
