Our road is a quiet, residential stretch with nice waterside homes. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the Don Cesare and its beach area, with tennis courts and a playground in between. Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance. Free off-road parking is available if you'd like to bring your car to explore the area.
The owner will occasionally use the dock across the road for his boat and may park on the road. He will not access the rental during your stay. The pool is cleaned weekly via gated access, and pest control is routine due to the Florida climate. Bikes and kayaks are used at your own risk, and a waiver must be signed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, with no in-person check-in as it is fully remote. Check-in is at 4:00 PM EST and checkout is at 11:00 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkout or early check-in incurs a $35 fee per 30 minutes, while approved early check-in or late checkout is $20 per hour, paid in advance. No smoking or vaping indoors, with a $250 fee if evidence is found. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee per pet, and service animals stay free.
