Love my sweet midtown apartment

I've lived here for over 10 years and it has such a great walkability and a great location. Nothing ever breaks and if it does they fix it immediately. I couldn't be more pleased obviously since I've lived here for so long. We have switched property managers a couple of times but the new property manager seem pretty legit. Owner seriously cares about each tenant. Apt kept well. -LR

We loved the place

We have been here for 2 years, nice space and well maintained cheap apartment to live. Nice neighborhood very efficient stuffs and maintenance is super fast, The owner of this apartment is a nice gentleman with a big heart. He helped us a lot. The kitchen and bathroom area is biger then anyone can think in a 600sft apartment.
Strongly recomended.

Arlington

I was looking for a cheaper apartment when I came across my current one. It actually is for a student or a couple in their first place. It is old, no remodeling, no counter space, one closet and small living/dining area. What more can I say. Old and small. I would like to find a bigger and modern place, but I can't afford it at this time.
