These apartments are very nice, the neighborhood quiet, and doesn't get very busy. Great place to live.

I have lived at Lake Lodge Apartments for over two years now, and overall I'm really happy with my experience. The apartments are small, but they are well-maintained. Anytime I've called my landlord about an issue, he fixes it right away, whether it's a light fixture in the closet that isn't working anymore, or an oven that isn't heating properly. He also is usually available to let you in if you've locked yourself out (not that I've ever done that...).

Additionally, the most important reason... why I chose to live here is that you cannot find a cheaper one bedroom apartment in Tallahassee. Not only does he have cheap rent, he also offers discounts for a variety of people: students who maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher, veterans, registered voters, etc. If I wasn't a grad student I probably wouldn't choose to live here because it is only around 400 square feet, which makes it difficult to have friends over or host parties. However, if you're looking for a comfortable place to live while you save up for a bigger place, then this is definitely the apartment complex for you! Read More
