How Is This Rating Determined?

Depends on the unit

Onsite live-in manager & security (camera's and gated). The overall property is in great condition (grounds, pool, etc.). However, each condo is individually owned. When we looked, there were several that were completely up to date with granite counter tops, redone bathroom, kitchen, flooring, etc. and a few that needed some work. Most are in great shape but if you find one that looks like 1984, move on to another one.
