This apartment is located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood, and music can sometimes be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM. The pet rules policy includes a pet weight limit of 35 lbs, a prohibition on pitbulls, a requirement that all pets must be housetrained, and a requirement that pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200 will be assessed. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends), with penalties for violation including a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second violation, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third violation.
