Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do NOT ALLOW any lethal weapons on our properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. The year-round heated pool is family-friendly, so there will likely be kids. The amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort.
