This modern Tampa townhome is centrally located and perfect for family vacations, sports trips, or weekend getaways. It's just minutes from downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, beaches, and top restaurants. The complex is on a busier street, but the other side is a quiet neighborhood. A car is needed for most things, though everything is a short drive away.
The home is quiet inside, but located on a busier road, so some traffic noise is possible. Trash is collected on Tuesday and Friday mornings; please place bins out the night before. Recycling is on Tuesday morning. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, and they must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard. Guests must pick up after their pet, or a penalty of $75 per incident will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. While the home is regularly treated for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat, including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
