Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of the trusted partner's control.

Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas, but not inside the apartment. A smartphone is required for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smartphone application. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. The noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; the penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the trusted partner directly, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation, per building rules. The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The guest must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage and not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
