Bring fans because the AC goes out every 3 months. It takes 3 to 7 days for it to get fixed. It is an antiquated system, WHY don't they keep spare parts? The AC company they use WILL NOT come on a Saturday. The management office uses window units so this doesn't affect them, and of course they don't live here. The apartment can heat to 85 degrees, easily. If you wish to use one of the very few amenities, the Dog park, you are forced to walk through the cloud of smoke that is the smoking... area. For a NON smoking facility, they sure cater to the smokers! The carpet in the hallways never ever get cleaned. There are black areas at the apartment doors. Walking down the hallway to your apartment feels like walking through a nursing home, very drab. The apartment itself is very nice, clean and pest free.
