olga and Jessica were both so helpful and professional in my meeting with my deadlines with them. the office and entire facility wer absolutely ground breaking for Tampa, it really has a big city Manhattan vibe ! just a tremendous vibe!

I’ve had a great experience at Cora Apartment. The location in downtown Tampa is unbeatable — close to restaurants, the Riverwalk, and everything the city has to offer. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful amenities and stylish apartments. The management team is responsive and professional, which makes living here even better. I love it here. Joe does a great job with all the events. There is always a friendly face to welcome us home after a day of work. The leasing office is great too. Olga helped me renew my lease this year and she made the process very simple. The only issue which the building really has no control over is that Predalina which is attached to the building has been playing loud music lately which results in a thumping sound within the building on multiple nights per week. Otherwise the amenities and... shared spaces are very well kept and I can’t say enough good things about the building and staff.
