The area alone should tell you why. The owners do not care and they refused to fix my ac. I went three months without ac. I'm glad I broke my lease and got it of here.

The reason I left is because it got to the point where I was worried about when my boyfriend and mother would visit, especially at night. It is a high crime area, with drug deals happening most nights. I've witnessed a drive-by shooting, a homeless man get brutally beat up for the little cash he had, and then my neighbor started hosting prostitutes. That's when I decided it was time to go.
