My stay here has been amazing! Communication with the management and staff team are excellent.Location is like a resort. The maintenance crew are quick, professional and they clean up after themselves. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly and clean place to stay.

There’s a reason I moved back to Cortland Bayport after being gone for a year. Not only is the complex centrally located & accessible to everything (i.e. great restaurants, sports venues, beaches, etc.), Within the complex, you have a man-made channel on one side of the street and the ocean on the other side! Not to mention all the amenities within the community (access to more than one pool & fitness center). And last, but certainly not least, the office & maintenance staff is second to none!... All I can say is…Cortland Bayport is so nice & that’s why I moved here twice!!!

I was just talking to another resident yesterday and we both came to the same conclusion...we both LOVE living at Cortland Bayport! Everything about this property makes it a great place to live! From the location, to amenities to the affordability, to the staff, neither of us could find a reason to ever want to leave! This is my 2nd time living at this property and as I tell everyone...it's so nice, I moved here twice!!!
