Look elsewhere until they can figure out what they actually have and make it worth the money you spend for it. When you don't see a single smile on the workers or residents there is something wrong. The only smiles you see are the ones they post on fakebook and Instagram.

I’ve been living in Florida for 5 years & have always lived at Cortland Bayport so I don’t know about any other properties but I know that Cortland must be doing something right because I don’t have a desire to move anywhere else! The location, amenities & staff are second to none!

My stay here has been amazing! Communication with the management and staff team are excellent.Location is like a resort. The maintenance crew are quick, professional and they clean up after themselves. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly and clean place to stay.
