Overall very good place but the construction recently has made it not as nice for the time being.

Property under new management is moving fast to flip units and charge more rent while the ongoing construction and inconveniences are suffered by the tenants. The priority of the management company are to profit and new tenants and not to respect the wishes of existing tenants who want real change to the common areas and dead landscaping.
