I have been living at Cortland Bermuda Lakes for a month shy of a year and I must say my experience has been great. The neighbors are nice, the management team is great and the amenities is nice. If you have any issues or concerns they will handle it in a timely manner. The strongly enforce their rules and are always seeking improvement.

The Cortland Bermuda Lake community is a somewhat like living in a peaceful retreat. The community is mostly quiet and neighbors are friendly. It has a great balance of nature and convenience. Although it is not convenient walk to shops and stores, there is an abundance of those within a three mile radius and the highway as a plus.
