Very nice apartments the staff is friendly and the maintenance team is very hard working. They are constantly keeping us updated about any renovations or repairs that are going to be happening so we are not surprised. I Moved to Cortland Bermuda Lake Dr a little over a month ago and I already absolutely LOVE living here! I greatly recommend moving here if you have pets or just want a more comfortable and quiet place to call home. I’m a college student and I have a cat so, I was looking for a place that was both comfortable for me and my cat and thankfully I found this place before classes started. The maintenance is super kind and helpful, they jump right on the job when something dosent work or or just needs… to be looked at. The staff also is very kind and and makes sure that the amenities are looked after. I would give this place a definite 10/10!

This is my first time renting an apartment after living in a house all my life, and Cortland Bermuda Lake has made the transition seamless. My 3-bedroom apartment is spacious, well-finished, and very well-maintained.

The staff here truly makes the community stand out. Alisha, Laura, and Trinity in the office are always kind, welcoming, and take the time to help whenever needed. Aquiles from maintenance is fantastic and resolves any issues quickly, and Josh with pest control provides exceptional… , informative service.

Between the great team, the weekly food trucks, and fun community events like musical bingo at the clubhouse, it’s a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend!
