Apartments are very nice and maintenance and the office team are what holds this place together. Gate has been working for the most part. Residents dont follow many policies set in place to better the community

I’ll miss it here !
I loved living at Cortland Bermuda Lake . Beautiful views, responsive staff and maintenance. Dog park was fun and my son loved the onsite park! I’ll miss living at Cortland Bermuda lake !

Worth a look if you need a place to live
Have lived here almost 3 years. Pleasant environment, fantastic office staff and maintenance crew. The apartments are updated with appliances, cabinets and appearance overall. As with all complexes you get a mix of clientele - some bad, but here mostly good, decent, friendly folks. They host a number of events to attend and those are always fun. They do events for families and some adult only events. Crafts, games, wine nights… always fun.
