Beware

Real review from real tenant! Don’t be fooled by the outside! Units are not as nice as they seem. No insulation, high light bills, high water charges. Rig, not replace old damaged equipment. Hurricane damage not fixed even when reported. Orange water from old equipment and plumbing. Multiple apartments with too many people living in them. Two bedrooms with 7 people one bedrooms with 5 people. Cops always at apartments! Rats and roaches!!! Loud neighbors with no respect!! Also when you move out... no matter how nice and clean the unit they will take money for paint!
