Hyde Park Towers Apartments

I loved living in this building. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet.

Old/rusty plumbing/pipes, termites, rodents, mold hence the smell in the hallways. Good luck renting or buying.

This is a nice apartment. The building is a little old but it's a really safe neighborhood. I left my bike outside without a lock for 3 months and it was intact. It only had a lock locking the tire to the frame for some safety. It's great to be so close to walgreens and publix, the go to munchies stores. The apartment is not modern but you can make it cozy with your decorations.
