Move-In Costs & Details:
A $300 administrative fee is due at lease signing. This covers lease drafting, move-in orientation, inspection report, and lock changes. We offer a Deposit Insurance program vs the entire deposit to be paid. If you qualify, we will have the house insured through the deposit insurance. Otherwise the full deposit is 1.5 times the rent. The deposit insurance is much cheaper.

A holding fee equal to one month’s rent will secure the property once you’re approved and remove it from the market.
