Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 5 people. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping, and cleaning may charge a $500 penalty if smoking has taken place. Two pets are allowed per stay with a maximum weight of 50lbs, and you must notify us in advance in writing if you're bringing a pet. Pet feces left behind can incur a penalty of up to $50 per incident. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time.
