Mold and German roaches
This building is a health hazard and honestly needs to be condemned. Roger the landlord is one of the worst people you’ll ever meet. Your belongings will be destroyed with mold and roaches. They fix their mold problem by painting over it and ignore their roach problem. You would be better off living in the projects. Don’t do it.
