The Estates at Wellington Green Apartments

I’m here 18 years so you would think I’m happy. I must be honest and say things have changed drastically.This not only coming from me but others living here for different amount of time.We are all in agreement that over the years a property that was once very beautiful has been changing drastically.I believe this all lands on the responsibility of the property manager.As I said in the very beginning it’s not only my thought but the thought

Moving in has not been terrible. There were definitely things in the apartment that should have been taken care of prior to the move in date.

I just wish the property was better taken care of. seems they don’t care who they rent to as long as there aren’t any vacancies.When I first moved in almost 18 years ago this property was so beautiful and well kept.The maintenance crew those who have been here for years Juan,George are great guys.Tracy in the rental office is sweet and very accommodating.There has been a huge turnover as far as the workers.

We are new here. The thing that caught my attention when I was considering moving here was the relaxed aura. Of course I could only hope that would stay when we moved in and it sure has. We are near the lake and the peace and quiet is wonderful as I walk my dog around the perimeter path. Our apartment is very peaceful as well. We don’t hear anything from the people above us walking around. My only complaint would be the windows are thin so we do hear what is going on outside if someone walks by... or when the kids are playing but it also lets the bird song come in. Great place to live. Wellington Green Apartments are a great place with many amenities and a excellent location. We really enjoy living here and the proximity to various restaurants and parks is something truly enjoyable.
