great place to live

I've been living here for a year now and I'm honestly very satisfied. management is amazing and the office manager is very attentive and helpful, neighbors are quiet and friendly, the area is safe and clean. I did have an issue with palmetto bugs when i first moved in but the community bug extinguisher took care of them fast and I never saw them again. The only downsides I will say is parking is first come first serve which can be a little hectic if you're coming after work hours; unless you pay... $25 a month for a spot which is ideal. Also, if you live near the street there are a lot of loud modified cars that rev their engines late at night/early mornings. Overall I am content, happy, and see myself living here for the next couple years!

I’ve been living here for about five years and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff is amazing. The neighbors are friendly and the community tries to keep everything clean costs a little much but that’s the only downfall I can see.
