Very quiet surroundings. The landscaping is always kept up. It looks great. Nice floor plans with wood floors. Access to parks and stores in the area. Easy access to freeway.

AC unit broke 5 times in 6 months

My ac unit has broken 5 times between the months of March and September. When i complained about it i was told “it’s the summer ac units break” like um how many times has YOUR ac unit gone out?
Management also does nothing but give excuses and lacks empathy and urgency. And sometimes even common sense. So yea don’t rent here.

This community caught my eye on my apartment search back in 2024. The location, the landscaping, and the friendly staff especially Kevin. Since I've moved in here I have had very minimal problems but the matinence team came quickly. My dogs love the dog park and the outside areas. I would 100% recommend this community to anyone looking around the area.
