Elan has been great so far. They’re making these apartments thinner each day, but that’s no fault of Elan. I can hear my neighbors a lot especially the ones above me. The home layout is great. I love the updated appliances in the apartment. The location is secluded but close to everything. Maintenance is quick. Overall 8/10 resident living. No complaints.

My stay so far at Elan Satellite Place has been great! The whole place is clean and beautiful. The parking garage is great for my old car that was getting sun damaged before. The amenities of my unit are good quality and the low noise pollution makes it comfortable to live in.

I’ve been here officially a week now and so far so good. Staff is eager to help and answer any questions. The hallways always smell nice and are always clean. I love the events emails that are sent out to keep residents up to date with what’s going on. Maintenance is quick and helpful.

Elan has met all my hopes of what apartment life could be and far exceeded my expectations. I was first drawn to this property because of their plethora of floor plans. I had never seen so many options and so many unique floor plans! Luxury apartments have all followed the same standard floor plans, but Elan rewrote the book on this! I walked in for a tour. Serah greeted me by name and treated me like I was the most important person in the world. She asked me what floor plans I wanted to see,… took me to each one, and even took me to different floors to see the view. She talked me through the costs and fees. I was sold the moment our tour ended. I went home to rerun my numbers using their “All In” cost calculator. The number surprised me. Because I saw the fees all included, I realized I could afford a floor plan I had not considered or seen. I went back the next day. A different prrson was there (and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name!), and she greeted me by name as well! She took me to the floor plan I requested and showed me the same plan at three different points in the property. By the end, I was ready to apply.
Elan is the best apartment I’ve lived in; I highly recommend it!!!
