Resident review

While the location and amenities of this places may seem better than few communities in this area but definitely this is places not a 5 stared place to live. Especially because of the leasing mgrs at this property and delayed service response of any service request. There have been 2 fire incidents in2 yrs and thefts too

I… am sorry to hear that your experience with our team has not met our standard of excellence. The weather events due to lightning were incredibly unfortunate events that we had to endure as a community and while we could not foresee or prevent what occurred during these severe storms, we do everything in our power to always put our residents and our community first. Worst Apartment Society

Only if I could give ZERO stars. Absolutely horrible experience. All these people are interested in getting the lease signed by saying all lies and then once that’s done nobody is bothered about the residents.
We were shown a diff layout and given a diff apartment which was dirty, old with all the dirt of the previous residents still in the house. Had to deep clean the house ourselves. Even so every week we have different issue with A/C , equipment’s, dents on floor , holes in windows, bugs,… fleas(I don’t even have pets ) etc etc. After 100s of email exchange with management all they are worried about is their review and nothing else. Extremely horrible experience! No wonder they have been getting dire incidents and lost two buildings in consecutive years because the entire management is least bothered about their residents.

So many extra fees

How is a benefit for me cost me more money. When you move her be prepared to pay for valet trash services, pest control, package locker boxes, monthly statement fees, and the newest fee is to report to the credit bureau. I feel the reason they keep tacking on fees each year is because the tenants doesn’t say anything about it. How do you market this as a benefit for me but then charge me for it.Ridiculous! The only options I have is to pay the increase or move and possible pay an increase due to… the time of year. This is a lose lose. If you’re looking at IMT Deerfield, proceed with caution.

Beautiful community

IMT Deerfield is a beautiful place to live I feel safe in this gated community, the grounds are beautiful and clean the maintenance staff is great about keeping the breezeway clean and the landscape flowers always look nice and fresh. The community Manager cares and makes sure my work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. Renee is very approachable and friendly she genuinely cares about the tenants and how the community looks so does the staff they are all friendly. Thank you IMT… Deerfield for my lovely place. I’ve been a resident for almost two years and love everything about it.
