Wouldn't recommend for anyone and forget about your security deposit if you are already living there. I've been living as a tenant for almost 10 years now and never had such a bad experience with any other rental community. I have been here for a little over a year now and the new management that have come in and started working are simply terrible. They are rude, short and not professional at all. If I could afford to move somewhere else I would because they are that difficult to work with. They even raised rent in the pandemic! My best advice is if you are looking for somewhere nice to live - look somewhere else.

If you choose to live here, DO NOT live on the bottom floor or near the front of the complex. It’s close to Holcomb Bridge Rd and you can hear traffic ALL HOURS of the day. Living on the bottom floor, you can hear your neighbors all hours too. The walls and floors are exceptionally thin! We did have exceptionally inconsiderate people living above us but even when they were just normally walking around, you could hear everything. I’ve been living here for 9 months and it seems like a good neighborhood, quiet. But my motorcycle was stolen a few nights ago. Right from the parking spot it sat in. The office manager told me the cameras don’t work. So not help from the community. However the maintenance staff is always quick for repairs.
