no help at all

Mangement is very poor here , they do make change into policies any time and resident have to suffer . they started adding charges for internet with a lease no explicit mention of it . if not noticed would have paying at&T and leasing office for months .
same goes for many other services , raised a noise complaint it was told to me we have to bear neighbor noises as this is apartment living , if they will watch TV noise bound to come to your apartment .

Lost a potential customer!

I initially had interest in this property and scheduled a tour to view this unit, as I live out of state. Upon arriving on my tour date, the leasing agent was not there...There has been no follow up communication what so ever. This experience definitely augments all the negative reviews on the management here. Thank you for doing me this favor, by allowing to eliminate this place as a potential home.

Old apartments, poor maintenance speed, Regret moving in

Very poor sunlight , apartments are dark even on a sunny day. Garbage dispenser broke , dishwasher is broke and I am afraid to use the traditional over wondering if that will set fire. All these within 1 week of move in. Service requests will not be addressed even after a week. The standard response is : running short of staff. All the ground floor apartments will have the bitter view of AC/Heat units just in front and there will be buzzing sound of machines running every night. I am thinking... of quitting this place even if I am going to lose a few 1000 dollars.

Management

The management here is terrible. While the location is great and maintenance is great and Niki in rental office is great, management is poor. Gates were broken for six months. Getting them up and running a disaster. She is ill equipped to do her job.

Poor Management and Staff worst Behavior

I lived here from May 2023 to November 2023.
We took 3 bed room Apartment. That apartment had lot of issues like bath tub leakage, kitchen sink, lot of bed bugs etc. Mainly staff behavior is worst. We do not have water for 3 days. Daily we were going to leasing office for bath and washrooms.
We brought water from leasing office to wash utensils. We have faced horrible problems. Finally they fined $2500 for carpet,tub, garbage etc. We requested them alot for damage cost. But they did not listen... . Forcibly they charged from us. Strongly I do not suggest this apartment.
