5 years here and still loving it

Since moving here in 2021 it has only gotten better since Ms. Felecia has taken over.
The maintenance team is awesome.
Rock, Chuy, and recently Anna have all been awesome.
They keep me up to date on any work orders I put in and if they will take longer than based upon a part order or new appliance I am well informed.
The office staff has only gotten better and when extra help is needed they bring in surrounding persons to assist and get things handled in a timely manner.

Frequently accessing your apartment and poor communication

They will give you a range of 2 weeks when they will access your apartment. Fees are regularly introduced to rent during lease without options to not out. Projects are rushed close to inspection dates and residents are threatened with fines for non compliance to whimsical demands. I've lived here for several years and will not be returning. There has to be something better than this. Also if you don't live on the top floor your neighbors will sound like they are marching on your head due to poor… construction. I've heard complaints of mold and roaches so I keep my place tidy, spray, have traps, use a dehumidifier, and an air purifier... mostly works...

Do not move here!

1. Roaches - I moved in on 12/27/25 and my apartment/building is INFESTED with roaches!!!! I have never lived in an apartment with roaches, I'm thinking about breaking my lease already - today is 1/14/25

No problems at all

I have lived here for 5 years, I have never had any issues. I keep my place clean and of course pay on time so nothing I can complain about. Its extremely quiet and gated.

My Apartment was infected with Mold and it flood twice!!!

My apartment flooded due to leak from unit above,called maintenance guy, he came saw and left,without cleaning up. Btw i told them i have a baby.Management are the worse even in corporate,i raised my concerns they said there's nothing they can do about it.
