Where to start? The units are very over priced for what they are. The cement walls prevent decoration as nothing will stick on them and you can not drill into it obviously. There’s no dish washer, no washer/dryer for clothes. And of course the blatant water piping in the units just take away from any character it has and makes it look...simply bad. Not to mention the constant maintenance issues with leaks & alarms. Save your money.
