DONT MOVE INTO A 4th FLOOR APARTMENT! YOU WILL COOK
THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR AC!!!
We moved into apartment 3407 in January. It was a 4th floor apartment and as such could get hot even in January. During the Spring, my fiancée noticed that the AC was not able to keep up temperatures. The first time maintenance guy came out they told us everything was fine. The second time they came out they "recharged" the unit. Afterwards it still couldn't keep a temp of 74 degrees Fahrenheit but at least it could keep the apartment below 80.(in April)
By June,... it was once again reaching temps in the 80s. So they finally decided to "replace" the unit(they actually only replaced the coils and recharged it again) Once again, it still couldn't keep a target temp of 74 but at least it was tolerable.
By July, temps were once again hitting 82-84 degrees inside of the apartment. Once again, we called the maintenance to help us. This time, the man simply waved a thermometer over the vents and reassured us that the temps were ok. He said that the hallway where the thermostat was was just a "hot spot." After this, we bought tabletop thermometers and put them all over the apartment proving that that hallway wasn't any hotter than the rest of the apartment.
After a week of enduring 80+ degree afternoon temps we finally requested a window air conditioner to supplement our failing central AC. After two weeks and SEVERAL reminders they finally brought us one. The next day, a man from corporate came to inspect our apartment(without any prior notice) to assess the central air conditioner. Apparently there was some problem with the intake according to him. Once again, the unit was patched and recharged instead of being replaced.
With that fix PLUS our window air conditioner(and 300+ dollar a month electric bills) our apartment stayed around 74-76 degrees(though both the window unit and the central AC were running constantly)
Fast forward two weeks and now our central AC has been shut off by the maintenance (without ever consulting us) Apparently the faulty, patchwork unit has been leaking into the apartment below(big surprise!) So now we have a single window air conditioner trying to cool a two bedroom apartment with high ceilings.
But hey, at least the closets are big! And occasionally, you can actually use the garbage shoots(when they're not clogged, which is often)

Terrible AC
If you like your apartment 80 degrees at all times this place is great for you. If not do not move here.
We have had a recurring problem for the last 3 years where the management refuses to fix our AC in the apartment. They gave us a moldy window unit As a “temporary” measure, but the overall apartment still doesn’t go below 80. The air is so weak coming out of the ceiling vents that you feel like you are suffocating if you are in the bathroom without the door open.
It’s a gamble whether your... unit has working AC, out of the 4 friends who I have had in different units the in the building, 4/4 of them have had AC issues. So the odds are not very good.
1/10 would not live here again after what we have had to deal with.

Worst apartments I’ve ever stayed at.
Dead decaying rats outside where children play, roaches day 1 of move in, incompetent maintenance and office staff, stolen packages. Unleashed unfriendly dogs who defecate where they want, and WiFi is 100 a month and is terrible. This 1 bedroom can be yours for the price of 2k!

Don't Move Here
I was charged twice for the security deposit and I have not been able to get anyone to respond and do not have my refund yet.
The other issue is trying to establish power with GA Power so that we could move in was such a hassle. Took me over a week to get connection established because GA Power said there was no such address. Asked apartment managers for assistance and they could not help. They could not even provide a meter number to assist me. Stuck in the middle and could not move in to... apartment till connection was established in our name.
Package delivery is another huge issue. Package concierge System is useless and again no help from apartment managers. We can't get our packages that were put into the locker by Amazon. Managers tell us to contact package concierge and package concierge asks for locker number.
FYI locker numbers are inside locker that is locked and er can't get into. Suck in the middle and no one to help resolve anything

Do not move here
Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We live for little over a month and were able to break our lease due to unlivable conditions. On the day that we were supposed to move (2 hours prior to our move in) they called that the apartment had no power. Once we got there they left us waiting for an hour and a half while we were paying movers by the hour. When they finally got to us they said that they had to switch our unit at the last minutes because the apartment had electrical issues... and had a cracked wall because of that and that we were “lucky” that we could switch the unit for a fully renovated one. We we got there we noted that the pantry and laundry had no doors, the sink wasn’t properly installed, toiled need to be sealed as well as the bathtub, the bathroom floor had water damage and needed to be replaced, the door had no peephole (just and exposed hole) , the lock was missing the plate guard, the kitchen garbage disposal wasn’t connected neither the dishwasher, we were missing lightbulbs in the living room area, they removed the microwave and did not properly sand/paint the area. Additionally, the main gate is always broken/open, the gate that leads to the garage has a major security flaw and a side door that leads to the loading dock is always open as well. 29 days went by and nobody came to fix anything and to make matters worse water was seeping through the floor and we started to have water leaks coming through the ceiling in different locations. Which lead lo the growth of mold in the floor. Furthermore, we had a fruit fly infestation and a black widow in the HVAC. We pushed to put everything in writting until we were able to BREAK the lease. I know for a fact the my neighbors are living in similar or worse situations than what I was. They call this apartments “Luxury”; what a joke. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the property owners The Connor Group regarding this matter because we incurred in tons of fees to move in and unplanned expenses to move out. We believed that we are entitled to get our money back.
