Muy mala experiencia en estos apartamentos de Brookhaven

Viví un año en estos apartamentos y no los recomiendo para nada. Desde el inicio las condiciones del apartamento eran muy malas: la limpieza deficiente, el mantenimiento prácticamente inexistente y la ubicación tampoco es buena, ya que los alrededores no son seguros ni agradables.

Además, la atención en la oficina es pésima. El chico que atiende no muestra interés en ayudar ni en resolver problemas. Para completar la mala experiencia, me… exigieron un depósito de $950 y hasta el día de hoy no me han devuelto nada, ni se han comunicado conmigo por teléfono o mensaje para darme una solución.

En resumen: mala atención, mal servicio, mal mantenimiento, mala limpieza y pésima administración. No recomiendo vivir aquí.

They don’t fix nothing , its not a good place to live

They do not fix anything that is damaged, my bathroom has mold and the paint is already peeling like the tub of the master room, they need to come to spray the apartment there are many cockroaches and spiders I am very afraid of living like this for my 3 Children who suffer are eczema and my 8-month-old baby has Heart murmur.

Unprofessional Management

A/C remained broken for 1 year.
Management does nothing with noise complaints.
Door frame was broken during door replacement and left unfixed for a month. Also we were never given a key for that door so we had a door we couldn't use.
Carpet was in poor condition and management wouldn't have it, we had to contact the complex owners just to get it fixed.
Maintenance requests generally never get done until you go a second time.
Leak in kitchen never fixed.
Pet fee is $300

Overall, really… negative experinece. If you like poor service, constant issues, and high prices, this is the place to live.

They shut off your water without notice.

They shut off your water without notice and don't turn it back on for hours. Took 3 weeks to fix AC unit in the middle of summer. As I am typing this it has been 10 hours without water.
